COMPETENCE CENTER
We support Berlin's business community in transforming mobility by testing and disseminating climate-friendly and innovative mobility solutions. As an interface between business, science, and the public sector in the state of Berlin, we support the implementation of projects, network key players and provide information on electromobility and new mobility for Berlin and Brandenburg.
COUNTRY AGENCY
As an agency of the state of Berlin, eMO is supported by Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH and receives significant funding from the Senate Department for Economics, Energy, and Operations. Our partners are the Ministry of Economics, Labor and Energy of the State of Brandenburg and around 70 companies and institutions from business and science.
TASK
Our task is to disseminate market-ready and close-to-market innovations for the electrification of commercial transport, the demand-driven provision of a charging infrastructure, and the optimization of corporate mobility management. We provide companies in the mobility industry with a cross-provider venue for cooperation in the form of experimental spaces for innovative mobility concepts. Pilot projects focus on solutions for sustainable city logistics, the coupling of the energy and transport sectors, and the digitalization and automation of mobility.
